This Privacy Policy describes how Optymyze Tech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use 66 — First AI Habit Tracker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.2 Information collected automatically

APNS token (Apple Push Notification Service): Collected when you enable push notifications to send you daily reminders. We do not share this token with third parties for advertising purposes.
Device information: iOS version and device type, used for debugging and app compatibility.
Usage data: Feature interactions and session data, used to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

To create and authenticate your account
To generate personalized AI daily articles and narrated audio sessions tailored to your specific habit
To power the AI chat coach with context about your journey
To track and display your progress, streaks, and badges
To send daily reminders via push notifications (if enabled)
To process subscription payments and manage your SixtySix Pro subscription
To respond to support requests
To improve and maintain the App

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party service providers to operate and deliver its features. These providers may receive certain information necessary to perform their services on our behalf. We do not authorize them to use your information for any other purpose. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling outside the App.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Data Retention

Active accounts: Your data is retained as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to support account recovery.
Deleted accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal information, habit data, and progress logs are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Chat messages: Chat messages sent to the AI coach are retained for the duration of your 66-day journey session and are deleted when you delete your account.
Subscription records: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting compliance.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your email address or display name in the App's settings.
Deletion: You can delete your account from within the App. This permanently erases your personal data, habit data, and progress logs within 30 days. To request deletion by email, contact info@optymyzetech.com.
Portability: You can request an export of your habit and progress data by contacting us.
Notification opt-out: You can disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@optymyzetech.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. iOS-Specific Disclosures

In accordance with Apple's App Store guidelines:

Push notifications are only sent with your explicit permission via iOS's notification consent prompt.
We do not access any iOS Health data, camera, microphone (beyond in-app audio playback), or contacts.
Subscription payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple's privacy policy governs payment data.

10. International Users

The App is primarily operated in the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
